Do passengers need to get off the vehicle at immigration?
This depends on the vehicle type and checkpoint.
For most private cars and MPVs via Woodlands Checkpoint, passengers usually remain in the vehicle. For van or bus-type vehicles such as Hyundai Starex, or when using Tuas Checkpoint, passengers are required to alight for immigration clearance.
Our driver will guide you through the process on the day of travel.
